Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of the NPhones service operated by Vayosoft Ltd. ("we", "us", the "Company"). It supplements and forms part of the NPhones Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By using NPhones you agree to this AUP.

1. Permitted use

NPhones provides a cloud-based virtual mobile workspace and, where your organization enables it, one-to-one voice calls on a work phone number assigned by the organization, for lawful, organizational use. You may use the service only in compliance with this AUP, the Terms of Service, your organization's policies, and all applicable laws.

2. Prohibited activities

You must not use NPhones, or allow anyone to use it, to:

• Place bulk, automated, pre-recorded, or unsolicited calls of any kind, or calls for marketing or promotional purposes;
• Spoof, hide, or misrepresent caller identity, or use a work number in a way that misleads the called party about who is calling;
• Engage in fraud, phishing, scams, impersonation, or social-engineering;
• Create, farm, or resell accounts, phone numbers, or one-time passwords (OTP), or bypass identity verification or security controls of any third-party service;
• Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse others, or store or distribute obscene, hateful, or otherwise unlawful content;
• Record, monitor, or intercept calls or other communications except in compliance with all applicable laws, including laws that require the other party's consent;
• Distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or data;
• Infringe intellectual-property rights or violate the privacy or other rights of others;
• Transmit or store content that is illegal, or that facilitates illegal activity, in any applicable jurisdiction;
• Use the service for emergency communications or as a replacement for emergency services;
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the service, or circumvent usage limits, security, or anti-abuse measures;
• Use automation, bots, or scripting to operate the service or place calls at scale.

Calling on NPhones is intended for one-to-one, human-initiated work communication.

3. Third-party apps inside the virtual environment

The virtual environment lets you run third-party applications. Your use of any third-party app is also subject to that provider's own terms and content moderation, and you remain responsible for complying with them and with this AUP.

4. Reporting abuse

To report abuse or a violation of this AUP involving NPhones — including unwanted calls from a number used with NPhones — contact support@vayosoft.com, giving the calling number and the date and time of the call.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, disable calling on a work number, remove content, or restrict features to protect the service, our users, and third parties, with or without notice where appropriate. Serious or unlawful abuse may be reported to your organization, to the relevant telecommunications providers, or to authorities. Enforcement is at our discretion and does not waive any rights.

6. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
